NOTE ON MY EXAMPLE TEXT

Wendy (Havant group) noticed a couple of glitches in my sample text on meeting a stranger.  I've repaired the first one, making it clear who says 'I know you',  but when I came to repair the second point she noticed, that first he's called Reg and then Tom,  I realised that in fact the divine voice of the Muse had been speaking through me without my realising.  I mean, why WOULD somebody call him Reg when his name is Tom?   Had she known him under a false name?   Had he changed his name since she'd last seen him.    Or, further, the question "Reg?" could be read as 'Remember Reg?' just as well as 'Hello Reg.'
