You could see Satan ‘in’ impersonating a human being.   You could see Satan influencing someone.  You could hear him coaxing you to do something really enjoyable or wickedly satisfying, taking on your own voice and will.

You could chat to him in a dream.   You could chat to him in your home and only notice later that he’d left his pitchfork in the umbrella stand.  You can get a lift from him only noticing too late that the foot on the accelerator was in fact a hoof.   You could compose a chant in which you pray to him to punish someone – a friend, a relative, Michael Gove

You could describe a just-after-death experience when you’re ushered into his office, a Dante-like experience when you’re allowed to call at his residence.
